Most of the 121 Glow Up habits on the ​cheat sheet take about 5 mins.
Other than your 20 min workout plan, ​the tasks are easy to complete; it’s just ​a matter of turning them into habits.
That’s the beauty of it.
WHENEVER YOU WANT.
It’s 4 full months (121 Days)
to GLOW UP from the inside out.
You can use whatever products you’d ​like for your 121 Glow Up.
The suggested products have been ​tested & loved for over a year, and ​simply provided as a guideline.
We encourage you to use whatever
suits your needs & budget the best.

When is the best time?
Use the scorecard provided in the ​Daily Grind printed Glow Up tracker to ​assess your weekly progress & how to ​improve.
If you miss a day or week, it’s ok!
That’s life! DO NOT restart at Day 1!
Keep going and simply learn from what ​did not work that day or week.
We suggest doing your best to complete ​this challenge for 4 straight months ​without any big interruptions.
